REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The design of the steering pump is presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

 If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. Weaken a natyazhitel and throw off a driving belt from a pulley.
4. By means of the big syringe pump out from the tank of the steering pump as the bigger amount of hydraulic liquid is possible. For collecting the spilled liquid get drain capacity under the car.
5. Weaken nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel, the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel.

6. Turn out a hollow bolt of nipple connection and separate the pressure head line from the pump. Remove the sealing washers established on both sides of the nipple socket (washers are subject to replacement without fail). Wrap up the nipple socket a polyethylene film for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid.

7. Weaken a collar and disconnect a returnable hydraulic hose from the steering pump.
8. Release from the lever of a rotary fist a tip of the right steering draft (see the Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts). Develop draft back, having released sufficient working space.
9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the steering pump.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture (including a hollow nipple bolt) was tightened with the required effort. Do not forget to replace sealing washers of the nipple socket of the pressure head line. Make adjustment of effort of a tension of a driving belt (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
2. Connect steering thirst for the lever of a rotary fist (see the Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts).
3. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with the required effort (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
4. Add in the tank of the steering pump necessary amount of hydraulic liquid of the required grade (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance) and "pump over" steering system (see the Section Removal of Air from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of a wheel).
