1. Disconnect from the battery at first a negative wire, then positive.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action! Before starting removal of a steering wheel to an obozhita not less than 10 minutes.

2. Bring forward wheels of the car into rectilinear situation.

3. Remove a small cover of an opening of access in a side part of a casing of a steering column and disconnect an electrical wiring from the safety cushion module.

4. Having hooked the small screw-driver, remove decorative covers of screws of fastening of the module of a safety cushion. Screws have heads like TORX and are covered by the special fixing structure, and therefore, at installation of the module into place are subject to replacement without fail. Take the safety cushion module from a stupichny part of a steering wheel.

Try not to turn the safety cushion module the face to yourself as its casual operation is fraught with receiving severe injuries (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

5. Give a nut of fastening of a steering wheel, then mark the provision of a nave of the last rather steering shaft, - such marking can already take place.

6. Disconnect an electrical wiring of a tempostat.

7. By means of a special stripper remove a steering wheel from a shaft of a steering column.  Do not force down a wheel from a shaft the hammer at all, after removal of a wheel do not rotate a steering shaft!

8. In need of check of a state or replacement of understeering switches remove spring contact assembly.  Regardless because, the spring contact will be removed or not, an adhesive tape attach the central part of its nave to an external ring so that completely to exclude a possibility of its provorachivaniye. Do not allow a provorachivaniye of a steering shaft at the removed steering wheel!

9. In case of need turn out fixing screws, release a clamp, disconnect an electrical wiring and remove assembly of spring contact from a steering column.

1. Make sure that forward wheels of the car are established in rectilinear situation. Turn the spring contact of the module of a safety cushion established from above on a shaft of a steering column clockwise before emergence of feeling of noticeable resistance, then return it on 2.5 turns in the opposite direction and achieve combination of two index tags.

2. Pass an electrical wiring of the module of a safety cushion and a control system of speed through a steering wheel and establish the last on the regular place. Track that pins of spring contact correctly entered gearing with reciprocal openings in a back part of a stupichny part of a steering wheel. Make sure of correctness of combination of landing tags.
3. Screw a fixing nut and tighten it with the required effort.
4. Install the module of a safety cushion and fix it by new bolts with heads like TORX. Install the switch of a tempostat and side covers of a casing of a steering column.
5. Connect an electrical wiring to the safety cushion module. Establish the lower cover.
6. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of the module of a safety cushion, - at inclusion of ignition on the dashboard approximately for 7 seconds the corresponding control lamp has to light up.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. For removal of the button of a horn hook it from below the suitable tool and release from assembly of a steering wheel.
3. Further act in the order stated in paragraphs with 5 on 7.

1. Before installation of a steering wheel grease the sliding ring of klaksonny contact and the sliding part of a pin of the returnable switch of indexes of turns with universal lubricant.
2. Track that the nut of fastening of a steering wheel was tightened with the required effort.
3. Connect an electrical wiring and install the horn button on assembly.
4. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
