Repair and operation of the car

Removal and installation of levers of a back suspension bracket (models 1993 and 1994 of of the issue)

Weaken wheel nuts. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove back wheels.

Cross levers

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give nuts of axial bolts of fastening of the internal ends of cross levers.

2. Give nuts/bolts of fastening of the external ends of cross levers to assembly of a rotary fist.
3. Remove levers.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.

Final tightening of fixture is made after components are brought to normal working height - prop up a suspension bracket a jack. The head of a jack should be got under an arm of the longitudinal lever!

5. Drive away the car on car repair shop for check and adjustment of geometry of a suspension bracket.

Longitudinal levers

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the forward end of the longitudinal lever. Take a bolt.

2. Release bolted couple of fastening of the back end of the lever on a basic arm.

3. Remove assembly of the longitudinal lever.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Before final tightening of fixture with the required effort to a poddomkratta stupichny assembly for removal of elements of a suspension bracket on normal working height.

The jack should be got under an arm of fastening of the longitudinal lever!

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish to the place of a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with the required effort (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
