Removal and installation of components of a back suspension bracket of models since 1995 of the issue.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken wheel nuts. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. On the models equipped with ABS remove RPM meters of back wheels. Turn out coupling bolts and release plaits of an electrical wiring of sensors from basic arms.
3. Disconnect driving cables of the parking brake and remove supports and disks of brake mechanisms (see the Head the Brake system). Tie up supports to bars of screw springs.
4. If the back bridge is subject to replacement, remove assemblies of naves with wheel bearings (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of a back nave with the wheel bearing).
5. Poddomkratte the back bridge one jack under the middle, or two under the ends.
6. Otboltite from the bridge the lower ends of shock-absorbers (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of racks of a back suspension bracket).

7. Disconnect a cross jet bar from the car chassis.

8. Give nuts and take axial bolts of fastening of longitudinal levers of a suspension bracket. By means of the assistant accurately take assembly of the back bridge with a jet bar from under the car.

9. Estimate a condition of plugs of a jet bar, a rod of management and longitudinal levers. Replace defective components.
10. A cross jet bar with a rod of management can be removed from assembly of the back bridge by an otpuskaniye of the corresponding fixture. At installation of components into place track that the bar was developed by marking in the form of an arrow up, the plug of a rod of management was turned by the party with an opening of smaller diameter to a bar.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation of components is made as it should be the return to an order of their dismantle. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.

 Final tightening of fixture of shock-absorbers and jet bar should be made after elements of a suspension bracket are brought to normal working height, - use a jack. Tightening of nuts of axial bolts of longitudinal levers has to be made at the unloaded suspension bracket (in we string the provision of components).

2. Efforts of tightening of carving fixture of components of brake mechanisms are given in Specifications to the Head the Brake system.
3. Establish to the place of a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with the required effort (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
