The electric drive of the top hatch - general information and check of serviceability of functioning The drive of a cover of the top hatch is carried out by means of one electric motor located under the ceiling console. Protection of the electric drive is provided by means of the chain breaker which is switched on in a contour. Under a cover of the hatch the sliding sun-protection blind is in addition provided.Switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of a cover of the top hatch (shift and inclination) when squeezing provide grounding of a driving electric motor. Food moves on the motor from the special relay of management. At the included ignition (the engine do not start) check serviceability of functioning of the drive of the hatch in all provided modes. Listen to the sounds made by the working electric motor. If the motor aurally works regularly, but the cover of the hatch does not move, it is necessary to check a condition of drafts and cables of the driving mechanism. If the motor is not audible, check a condition of a safety lock No. 12 on 7.5 A in saloon the assembly block and F safety lock on 30 A in the assembly block located in a motive compartment of the car. If safety locks as it should be, omit assembly of the ceiling lamp with the control panel which is built in in it. Include ignition and check a yellow-red wire of an electric motor for presence of tension. If tension takes place, check serviceability of giving of food for the switch. Estimate also quality of grounding of assembly of the switch. If the electrical wiring as it should be, however tension on the switch is still absent, replace the switch. If food does not move on the motor, check serviceability of functioning of the corresponding relay of management, and also a condition of a connecting electrical wiring on the site of a chain between the relay and the motor.
If tension is absent on the switch, disconnect from it an electrical wiring and check assembly for correctness of distribution of conductivity in various provisions. Replace the faulty switch. If the switch as it should be, connect to it an electrical wiring. Find the wire going from the switch to weight and, without switching off the drive, a zashuntiruyta its wire crossing point. If when grounding the drive begins to function regularly, restore quality of contact connections of the respective site of a chain. In case of need the cover of the top hatch can be closed manually by rotation of a shaft of a driving electric motor by means of a suitable wrench (the shaft should be rotated clockwise). At factory installation of the hatch the corresponding key is included in a basic equipment of the car. |
