Check of a state and replacement of the power transistor (models 1993 and 1994 of of the issue)

 The power transistor is among fragile and enough expensive components. Violation of the order of performing procedures offered below can lead to failure of RSM. Remember that on everything, the components operated by RSM extend additional federal guarantee certificates, - before making attempts of independent performance of service or replacement of components consult in representative office of the manufacturing company of the car.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

 If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the power transistor.

3. Connect the positive probe of an ohmmeter to the socket plug A, negative - to the plug B. The device has to register conductivity existence. Change polarity of connection of an ohmmeter, - on it time the indication has to equal infinity.

REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

 If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the power transistor.

3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the transistor with a basic arm to a head of cylinders.

4. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the basic carburetor. Install the new transistor on an arm.
5. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components.
