Removal and installation of a latch, cylinder of the lock and handles of a door

Remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door and the film insulating screen (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors).

Assembly of a latch of the lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out screws of fastening of a latch to a door. Push a hand through a technological opening in a doorframe and disconnect executive rods from a latch.

2. On the models equipped with the uniform lock disconnect the corresponding electrical wiring.
3. Remove a latch and, at the corresponding complete set, the electromagnetic activator of the lock.
4. Installation is made upside-down.

External handle and cylinder of the door lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an executive rod from the external handle of a door, give fixing nuts and take the handle from the door panel.

2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the activator of the door lock. By means of flat-nose pliers release a fixing clamp and take the castle cylinder from a door.
3. Installation is made upside-down.

Internal handle

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors).

2. Turn out fixing screws, release assembly of the internal handle from a doorframe and disconnect from it an executive rod(s). Remove the handle.

3. Installation is made upside-down.
