Control system of functioning of the power valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The valve of power is provided on models 1993 and 1994 of of the issue the system consists of the valve of power placed inside the inlet pipeline), the actuation mechanism, the electromagnetic valve of an uparvleniye and RSM. The valve of power exercises control of the direction of giving of an inlet air stream. At low turns of the engine the depression created in the inlet pipeline influences the actuation mechanism of the valve of power that leads to an overshoot of the last, at the same time the air which is soaked up in the engine moves on longer way that provides increase in torque of the engine on small turns. On reaching the frequency of rotation of the engine of the RSM certain value disconnects power supply of the electromagnetic valve of management that leads to violation of tightness of the actuation mechanism and closing of the valve of power. At the same time air begins to be soaked up in the engine on shorter way that increases efficiency of return of the power unit on high turns.
2. For check of serviceability of functioning of system start the engine and lift the frequency of its rotation to 3000 rpm a little, watching reaction of the actuation mechanism of the valve of power. The rod of the actuation mechanism at change of turns has to move forward or be involved respectively, otherwise kill the engine you pass to the following stage of check.
3. Check a condition of the vacuum hoses going from a depression source to the actuation mechanism of the valve of power. Check tightness of the vacuum tank. make sure. That the one-pass valve passes air only in one direction.
4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the electromagnetic valve of management of functioning of the valve of power. Include ignition and by means of the voltmeter measure make sure available battery tension on the plug of a white-blue wire of a plait of wires of the socket. If tension is absent, check a condition of an electrical wiring on the site of a chain between the socket and the assembly block of safety locks. Check the orange wire going from the socket to RSM for break.
5. Disconnect vacuum lines from unions of the electromagnetic valve of management. By means of couple of wires crossing points equipped with safety locks give tension from the battery directly on two plugs of the electromagnetic valve, - distinctly heard click has to sound, at the same time air has to begin to pass freely between two unions of assembly. Disconnect wires crossing points, - pass has to be blocked. The faulty electromagnetic valve of management is subject to replacement.
6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the actuation mechanism of the valve of power and connect instead of it the manual vacuum pump. Create depression on the actuation mechanism, the rod of a pusher has to be displaced, having provided full tightness of assembly, otherwise replace the actuation mechanism.
7. If during the carried-out inspections it was not succeeded to reveal any deviations, the car should be driven away on car repair shop for performing detailed diagnostics of a condition of RSM and performance of the corresponding recovery repair.
