1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system). For the purpose of dumping of excessive pressure in a tank uncover a jellied mouth.

3. If in a tank there is a fuel, pump out it by means of special set (ask in shops of automobile accessories).

7. Weaken fixing collars and disconnect hoses of a jellied mouth, ventilation and system of catching of fuel evaporations (EVAP) from a tank.

8. Prop up a tank a cart jack, for distribution of loading having laid wooden whetstone between a head of the last and a bottom of a tank.

9. Turn out two of four bolts of fastening of assembly brackets of a tank - brackets have to fall, having hung on the remained two bolts.

10. Slowly lower a tank lower than the level of laying of sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases and take it from under the car.

12. In case of need remove assembly (i) of the gasoline pump/sensor of fuel consumption (see the Section Removal and installation of the fuel pump).
13. Installation is made upside-down.

For the purpose of simplification of landing of a hose of a jellied mouth of a tank oil a reception branch pipe pure motive.
