Check of a state and replacement of the case of a throttle

Before starting performing procedures wait for full cooling of the engine! See also prevention at the beginning of the Section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Disconnect a final branch pipe of the air cleaner from an inlet air duct or the case of a throttle.
3. Disconnect from the throttle case an electrical wiring of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS) (see the Head of the Control system of the engine). Also mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses.
4. Disconnect gas cables (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator) and, at the corresponding complete set of the car, a tempostat.

5. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path from the throttle case. For the purpose of minimization of losses of cooling liquid at once to a zakuporta the open ends of lines.

6. Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle. On models 1993 and 1994 of of the issue remove an inlet air duct. Remove the throttle case with sealing laying. Scratch out traces of material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of the case of a throttle and the delivery camera of the inlet pipeline.

7. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing laying. In conclusion make adjustment of cables of gas and a tempostat (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator). Check the level of cooling liquid, in case of need execute the corresponding adjustment (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
