Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator
|
|
Adjustment of hummocks of gas and the drive of a tempostat is made in a similar manner. |
REMOVAL
|
|
|
|
1. Disconnect cables of gas and (at the corresponding complete set of the car) a tempostata from the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve. |
|
|
2. Weaken lock and adjusting nuts and release an accelerator cable from the arm. |
|
|
3. Under the dashboard in a driver's foot well disconnect an accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal lever, turn out bolts of fastening of hummock assembly to a partition of a motive compartment. |
4. Release the remained intermediate clamps of a torso.
5. Involve a cable through a partition in a motive compartment and remove it from the car. |

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
1. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of laying of a cable and reliability of its fastening in all provided clamps.
2. In case of need miss the mark with sealant cable transmission knot through a partition in order to avoid hit of moisture in interior of the car. |

ADJUSTMENT
|
|
|
1. Adjustment of a cable of an accelerator is made as follows:
a) Having pulled for a cable, choose all its weak point;;
b) Give an adjusting nut before emergence of a free wheeling of the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve;
c) Give an adjusting nut of a cable on 1.5 ÷ 2 turn;
d) Tighten a lock-nut;
e) Make sure of completeness of opening of a butterfly valve when squeezing the accelerator pedal to a floor and its return to the starting (closed) position at a pedal otpuskaniye. Make sure of lack of signs of jamming;
2. Order of performance of adjustment of a cable of a tempostat:
a) Make sure correctness of adjustment of a cable of gas;
b) Release an adjusting nut of a cable of a tempostat before emergence of a free wheeling of the lever of the gate;
c) Give an adjusting nut of a cable on a turn floor – a turn;
d) Tighten a lock-nut and check serviceability of functioning of a tempostat. |
