System of release - the general information

It is necessary to start service of system of release only after full cooling of its components. Track reliability of fixing of the car in the lifted situation.

The structure of system of production of the fulfilled gases of all models considered in the present manual included the flexible section extremely sensitive to strong excesses - be careful at service of system.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The system of production of the fulfilled gases consists of final collectors, a reception pipe, the catalytic converter, muffler, an exhaust pipe, connecting tubular sections, fixing collars, and also basic arms and rubber loops by means of which assembly is suspended to the car bottom. The wrong installation of components and sections of system leads to increase in level of the noise and vibrations transferred to a car body.
2. Regularly examine all system on existence of traces of corrosion, deformations and mechanical damages. Check reliability of tightening of fixture. Violation of tightness of components and their joints is fraught with hit of the fulfilled gases in interior of the car. Defective components and sections are subject to replacement.
3. At strong damage of system by corrosion for undocking of its sections the gas cutting torch can be required (it is alternatively possible to use a hacksaw or a pneumatic chisel - do not forget to put on goggles and gloves).
4. Repair of system has to be made in the following order:

a) At removal of components move along a path of system in the direction from an exhaust pipe to the engine;
b) Previously oil fixture which is subject to an otdavaniye getting;
c) Beforehand prepare necessary replaceable laying, suspended loops, collars and fixture;
d) Before installation a smazhterezbovy part of fixture the anti-taking sealant;
e) At installation of components you watch that between sections of system and nearby elements of a suspension bracket/body there was a sufficient gap. Pay special attention to correctness of installation and reliability of fastening of the thermofilter of the catalytic converter. Remember that during the work the catalytic converter is warmed to very high temperatures and then rather slowly cools down, do not hurry, wait for full cooling of components;
f) Before starting service of system surely remove from it oxygen sensors with electrical wiring sockets.
