Nissan Maxima QX

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. Remove an inlet air duct (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

4. Remove ignition coils (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine). Mark and disconnect the hoses and plaits of an electrical wiring fixed on the delivery camera and the case of a throttle. 1 — the Hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes 2 — ignition Coils 3 — the Electrical wiring of the IAC/electromagnetic valve of the valve of turns of bystry idling 4 — the TPS/sensor-switch of a closed position of a butterfly valve 5 — a PCV valve Hose 6 — gas Cables / темпостата 7 — Branch pipes of sapun 8 — electrical wiring Plaits 9 — Hoses of a cooling path

5. Pick up the directing phone of EGR and basic arms of the top section of the inlet pipeline from a back part of the top delivery camera.

Access to the directing tube of EGR and arms of the pipeline is extremely limited.

6. Working as it should be, the return shown on an illustration, weaken bolts of fastening of the top section of the inlet pipeline. Remove the top delivery camera together with the throttle case connected to it.

7. Before installation of the top section carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and the top delivery camera. Having completely removed traces of old laying and sealant from surfaces, wipe with their rags moistened in solvent.
8. Put on hairpins of the inlet pipeline new sealing laying (a tag forward), then put from above on the lower section of the pipeline the top delivery camera and, moving in strictly certain order, tighten fixing bolts with the required effort. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components.

1. Remove the top section of the pipeline.
2. Mark and disconnect everything the hoses preventing dismantle of the lower section and an electrical wiring.
3. Remove from the pipeline the fuel highway with injection injectors (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

4. Working as it should be, the return shown on an illustration, in stages (on 1/4 turns for approach) weaken bolts/nut of fastening of the pipeline so that the possibility of their reversing manually appeared.

5. If the pipeline "stuck" and does not give in to separation from heads of cylinders, tap it the hammer through wooden whetstone.

Do not hook the pipeline the lever under the interfaced surface at all.

6. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and heads of cylinders, having completely removed from them traces of material of old laying and sealant and having wiped then the rags moistened in acetone.
7. Establish new laying and the pipeline, - track correctness of placement of components on fixing hairpins. Screw nuts.

8. In strictly certain order in several stages tighten pipeline fixture with the required effort. Efforts of tightening of nuts differ from efforts of tightening of bolts.

9. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to fill the cooling system and to replace motive oil (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
10. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of fuel, cooling liquid and losses of depression.
