Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

1. The interfaced surfaces of heads of cylinders and their covers have to be absolutely pure and dry. By means of a scraper remove all traces of old sealant and fragments of the destroyed laying, then wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone. Presence on the interfaced surfaces of traces of oil can lead to development of leaks.
2. In case of need banish a carving of fixing bolts a suitable lerka, restoring the damaged rounds and deleting a rust and traces of old sealant. A tap of the corresponding size banish carving openings in a head.

3. Check a condition of the heads of cylinders of sealing washers of the directing tubes of spark plugs put in covers, in case of need make replacement.

4. Fill a flute on the interfaced cover surface with RTV sealant, also impose sealant in corners of joints of a cover with a cover of forward bearings of camshafts. Lay new sealing laying over sealant. Let's sealant dry up and record a little thereby laying on a cover.
5. Accurately press a cover to a head of cylinders and screw fixing bolts.

6. Moving in strictly certain order, in three-four stages tighten bolts with the required effort.

7. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
8. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks.
