1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Prop up back wheels of the car antiretractable boots, cock the parking brake.
3. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove protection of a case.
4. Before removal of a back collector dismantle the top section of the inlet pipeline (see the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).

5. Remove the thermofilter from a collector.

6. Hang out the power unit from above by means of a beam or the winch.
7. Working under the car, disconnect an electrical wiring from the oxygen sensor and remove a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases from the car.
8. Turn out through bolts of forward and back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and remove from the car a cross beam assembled with arms of support (see the Section Check of a State and Replacement of Support of a Suspension Bracket of the Power Unit).

9. Remove arms of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit on both sides of the engine.

10. Disconnect EGR tube from a back final collector.

11. Give fixing bolts / nuts and remove a collector with sealing laying.

1. Scratch out a deposit and traces of material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of collectors and heads of cylinders.
2. Put on new laying hairpins of fastening of a collector.
3. Establish a collector and screw nuts of its fastening.
4. Moving from the center outside, in three-four stages evenly tighten fixture with the required effort.
5. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be the return to an order of their dismantle.
6. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of the fulfilled gases.
