Check of serviceability of functioning and replacement of the sensor switch of disconnection of a chain of a starter

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The sensor switch of disconnection of a chain of a starter is located near the top end of a pedal of coupling.
2. Check correctness of installations of height of a pedal and size of a free wheeling of a pusher (see the Section Adjustment of a Pedal of Coupling).
3. Make sure that start of the engine is not possible at the released coupling pedal.
4. Make sure of non-failure operation of start of the engine at the squeezed-out coupling pedal.
5. If serviceability of functioning of the sensor switch is broken, it is necessary to check correctness of its electric states.
6. By means of an ohmmeter make sure available conductivity between plugs of the contact socket of assembly at the squeezed-out sensor switch plunger.
7. At a plunger otpuskaniye conductivity has to disappear.
8. The faulty sensor switch is subject to replacement, - release a lock-nut on the sensor case, then turn out assembly and disconnect from it an electrical wiring. Installation is made upside-down.
9. Adjust a coupling pedal (see the Section Adjustment of a Pedal of Coupling)
10. Make sure that start of the engine becomes possible only when squeezing a pedal of coupling.
