Measurement of height of a pedal of coupling (N)

Pedal height

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At the released pedal of coupling measure distance of N from a surface of a rubber overlay of a block to a floor.
2. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

3. Weaken a pedal emphasis lock-nut / датчика-выключателя ASCD.

4. Rotation of an emphasis / датчика-выключателя achieve required position of a pedal.
5. Tighten a lock-nut and repeat check of installation of height of a pedal.

Free wheeling of a pedal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Slightly press a pedal of coupling and measure length of its course until emergence of resistance. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

2. Weaken a lock-nut of a pusher of the main cylinder and, rotating a pusher rod in the relevant party (clockwise or against), achieve the required result.
3. Strongly tighten a lock-nut and repeat check.
