Removal and installation of the executive cylinder of coupling

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Components of assembly of the executive cylinder of coupling are presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

 If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. In case of need for the purpose of ensuring access remove the rechargeable battery (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).
4. Weaken a hollow bolt of the nipple socket of connection to the executive cylinder of the hydraulic line. Turn out bolts of fastening of assembly of the cylinder.
5. Disconnect the hydraulic line. Prepare a container and a stock of dry rags for collecting the spilled liquid.
6. Remove assembly of the executive cylinder from RKPP case.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect the hydraulic line to the cylinder (do not forget to replace sealing washers of the nipple socket). By hand tighten a hollow bolt of the socket.
2. Establish assembly on the regular place on a dome of coupling and tighten fixing bolts with the required effort. Track correctness of landing of a pusher in a coupling switching off lever pocket. Tighten fixture with the required effort.
3. With the required effort tighten a hollow bolt of the nipple socket of the hydraulic line.
4. Fill in necessary amount of the DOT 3 brake fluid in the cylinder.
5. Pump over hydraulic system (see the Section Removal of Air from a hydraulic path of the drive of switching off of coupling).
6. If removed, install into place the rechargeable battery. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
