Check of a condition of the EGR valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The EGR valve приболчен to a back head of cylinders from transmission. Jamming or oxidation of the EGR valve is the most common cause of violations of functioning of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases.

2. On the cold engine (not to burn) reach the EGR valve from below and press its diaphragm. The diaphragm has to move already at moderate effort of pressing.

3. If the diaphragm begins to move only very strong pressing, or does not give in at all, replace the EGR valve. In the absence of confidence in assessment of a condition of the valve compare it with new, or obviously serviceable.
