 Remember that the dust produced in the course of operation of brake mechanisms may contain extremely unhealthy asbestos of the person. Do not blow off dust compressed air at all and do not inhale it, - at service of mechanisms put on a protective mask or a respirator. Do not use for rubbing of components of the brake system gasoline or solvents on an oil basis at all, - apply only company cleaners or methyl alcohol!

Supports of both brake mechanisms of one axis have to change at the same time.



1. The design of disk brake mechanisms is presented on illustrations.
2. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding wheels. A car front/back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Prop up antiretractable boots the wheels standing on the earth. Remove wheels.
3. For a detachment of a driving cable of the parking brake from the executive lever of the brake mechanism of a back wheel you otboltit a basic arm of a cable from assembly of a support. Release a cable tip from the bifurcate lever.

4. Turn out a hollow bolt of nipple connection and remove sealing washers. Disconnect a hose from a support. At once to a zakuporta the open end of the disconnected hose for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid.

5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a support from a basic arm.



1. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace copper sealing washers (laying) on both sides of the nipple socket of connection to a support of a brake hose. Usually the set of new laying is applied in a remnabor. Tighten bolts of fastening of a support and a hollow bolt of nipple connection with the required effort.
2. Pump over a brake contour (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System). Check nipple connections of brake lines for existence of signs of leaks.
3. Establish to the place of a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten nuts of fastening of wheels with the required effort (see Specifications to the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance). Before starting operation of the car check serviceability of functioning of brakes.
