Removal and installation of an electric motor of the drive of the fan of a heater

The cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of additional safety of SRS better known as a safety cushion. Before performing any works near assembly of a pillow or a steering column, without fail disconnect system in order to avoid getting injured as a result of its casual operation, - disconnect from the battery at first a negative, then positive wire and wait not less than two minutes before starting service of the components located near sensors of the directed overloads (see the Head for Onboard electric equipment). Isolation and contact sockets of an electrical wiring of a chain of SRS are painted in bright yellow color. It is not necessary to connect any diagnostic units to this chain!


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Remove a ware box and the lower section of finishing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
3. Remove a protective cover and disconnect an electrical wiring from the motor.

4. Turn out fixing bolts. And accurately take assembly of the fan from a casing.

5. If the electric motor needs replacement, transfer a krylchatka to new assembly.
6. Installation is made upside-down. Check serviceability of functioning of the fan.
