1. All models are equipped with 2-speed ventilatory assembly of the cooling system placed in the plastic casing fixed behind a radiator.

2. Control of functioning of fans is exercised by RSM through a set of the relay of the high-speed modes. The eats sensor informs RSM on the current temperature of cooling liquid and the module, based on the analysis of the arriving data, carries out inclusion of the corresponding high-speed mode of the fan. On single turns inclusion of the low-speed mode is carried out. On reaching temperature of liquid of value of 106 °C of RSM makes inclusion of the high-speed mode No. 1 or No. 2. Existence of the second high-speed mode guarantees serviceability of operation of fans even at failure of one of the relay. Relays continue to function regularly even in case of refusal the eats sensor. And — the Relay of the low-speed mode In — the Relay of the high-speed mode No. 1 With — the Relay of the high-speed mode No. 2

3. If the fan continues to work continuously, it is necessary to check a condition of the relay and sensor of temperature of cooling liquid. The description of the procedure of diagnostics of the sensor is provided in Chapter 6. diagnostics of the relay is described in the Head Onboard electric equipment.
4. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature, - fans have to turn on, otherwise check a condition of the corresponding safety locks in the assembly block located in a motive compartment or in interior of the car (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

5. If safety locks as it should be, disconnect an electrical wiring from a fan drive electric motor. By means of the wire crossing point equipped with a safety lock connect any of two plugs of food of an electric motor to the battery. Ground the plug of a black wire on weight. If the fan does not work, it should be replaced.

6. If when giving power supply directly from the battery the fan works regularly, connect the voltmeter to the mass of the chassis and test both plugs of food of an electric motor from a plait. At the engine which is warmed up up to the normal working temperature (according to indications of the measuring instrument of temperature in an instrument guard) on one of plugs battery tension has to take place.
7. By means of an ohmmeter check a condition of a contour of grounding, - between the plug of a black wire and mass of the chassis resistance no more than 5 Ohms has to take place. At higher instrument readings it is necessary to define and remove the cause of the violation taking place.
8. If during the check described in the paragraph 6 food on plugs of the socket is absent, check serviceability of its giving for the relay of the low-grade mode. On one of reception plugs of a nest of the relay tension of the battery has to take place constantly, on another, - only in position of ON or START of the ignition key.
9. If food on гнедо moves regularly, check conductivity actually of the relay (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Disconnect the top and overflow hoses from a radiator.

3 Turn out two bolts of fastening of a casing and remove ventilatory assembly from the car. The lower part of a casing fastens to a radiator by means of clamps.

4. Give a nut of fastening of a krylchatka to a motor shaft.

5. Turn out screws of fastening of the motor to a casing.

6. By means of the assistant the hammer beat out a motor shaft from assembly of a casing.
7. Installation is made upside-down.
