Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

Before starting removal of the inlet pipeline it is necessary to disconnect an electrical wiring and hoses from the listed components.

1 — the PCV Valve
2 — the Vacuum amplifier of brakes
3 — the Actuation mechanism of the valve of power
4 — the Inlet air duct

5 — the EGR Valve with a bell
6 — Assembly of the IAC/overshoot valve of air supply
7 — the TPS/sensor-switch of a closed position of a butterfly valve
8 — an ignition distributor Cover with VV wires


Start implementation of the procedure only after final cooling of the power unit.


Top section of the inlet pipeline (delivery camera)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Head of the Power supply system and release), then disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Having merged cooling liquid from a radiator and the block of the engine, empty the cooling system, (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
3. Remove an inlet air duct (see the Head of the Power supply system and release), then disconnect draft, hoses and an electrical wiring from the throttle case.
4. Disconnect wire VV from spark plugs and release them from intermediate clamps on the case of the delivery camera. Uncover the distributor and take her aside, without disconnecting wire VV.

5. Working as it should be, the return shown on an illustration, weaken bolts of fastening of the top section of the inlet pipeline. Remove the top delivery camera together with the throttle case connected to it. Disconnect the grounding tire brought to the lower part of the delivery camera. Moving from the center to edges, turn out fixing bolts of the lower part of the camera.

6. Before installation of the top section carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline, the top and lower parts of the delivery camera. Having completely removed traces of old laying and sealant from surfaces, wipe with their rags moistened in solvent.
7. Put on new laying hairpins of the inlet pipeline, then put from above the lower part of the delivery camera and, moving from edges to the center, tighten fixing bolts with the required effort.

8. Put sealing laying on the lower camera and establish the top part of the camera. In strictly certain order tighten bolts of fastening of the top camera with the required effort.


Lower section of the inlet pipeline

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top section of the pipeline.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of temperature of cooling liquid, CTS, the electromagnetic valve of management of functioning of the valve of power, the electromagnetic EGR valve and the sensor of temperature of EGR.
3. Mark and disconnect everything the vacuum hoses preventing dismantle of the lower section of the pipeline.
4. Remove from the pipeline the fuel highway with injection injectors (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

5. Turn out fixing bolts and disconnect from the end face of the pipeline of a tube of a cooling path turned to transmission.

6. Working as it should be the return shown on an illustration, in stages (on 1/4 turns for approach) weaken bolts/nut of fastening of the pipeline.

7. If the pipeline "stuck" and does not give in to separation from heads of cylinders, tap it the hammer through wooden whetstone.

Do not hook the pipeline the lever under the interfaced surface at all.

8. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and heads of cylinders, having completely removed from them traces of material of old laying and sealant and having wiped then the rags moistened in acetone.

9. Before starting installation of new sealing laying and the pipeline, check a condition of the tubes of a cooling path laid under it. Establish laying and the pipeline, - track correctness of placement of components on the directing pins. Screw fixing nuts.

10. In strictly certain order in three stages tighten pipeline fixture with the required effort.

Efforts of tightening of nuts differ from efforts of tightening of bolts.

11. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to fill the cooling system and to replace motive oil (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
12. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of fuel, cooling liquid and losses of depression.
