1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. Impregnate fixture of collectors with the getting oil.
3. Working under the car, disconnect from final collectors a Y-shaped reception pipe ("trousers") of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

1. Remove from the throttle case a reception air duct assembled with the top half of a casing of the air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. Disconnect EGR bell from a final collector.

3. For the purpose of ensuring access to fixture of a collector remove an arm of fastening of the directing tube of the probe of measurement of level of motive oil. Give the top number of fixing nuts.

4. Moving from edges to the center, give the lower number of fixture and remove a collector from the engine.

Working under the car, give fixing nuts and remove a collector.

1. Attentively examine collectors and elements of their fixture, checking components for existence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages.
2. Scratch out a deposit and traces of material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of collectors and heads of cylinders. If leak of the fulfilled gases took place, estimate not planeness of the interfaced surfaces of collectors (use the steel ruler established on an edge and the probe of lezviyny type). Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications, in case of need give collectors to a pro-point.
3. Put on new laying hairpins of fastening of collectors.
4. Establish collectors and screw nuts of their fastening.
5. Moving from the center outside, in three-four stages evenly tighten fixture with the required effort.
6. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be the return to an order of their dismantle. Do not forget to replace sealing laying at connection of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a forward collector.
7. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of the fulfilled gases.
