Combination of devices

The combination of devices of an instrument guard of the car included a set of the main measuring instruments, control lamps and light indicators.

Speedometer, odometer and counter of a distance in kilometers of the current trip

The speedometer specifies the speed of the movement of the car in km/h. below an axis of an indicator arrow the digital display which top field is allocated under indications of the odometer (the counter of a full run of the car), lower - under indications of the counter of a distance in kilometers of the current trip is located.


Tachometer

Near the dial of a speedometer the index of turns of the engine is located, - a tachometer. The arrow of the measuring instrument shows to the driver the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine in rpm. You watch that turns of the engine did not rise so that the arrow of the index came into limits of the measuring instrument scale range highlighted in red color.


Measuring instrument of temperature of cooling liquid

The measuring instrument registers temperature of cooling liquid of the engine. Indications of the measuring instrument can vary depending on ambient temperature and conditions of driving. At a device arrow exit out of limits of range of admissible values of a scale, it is necessary to stop immediately the movement and to allow the engine to cool down. Long operation of the superheated engine can lead to an exit it out of operation.


Fuel consumption measuring instrument

The measuring instrument of fuel consumption specifies the current level of fuel in a tank. During the braking, accelerations, commission of maneuvers and the movement of the car on the inclined plane of the indication of the measuring instrument can vary slightly. The scheme of connection of the measuring instrument such is that it continues to give working value even at the switched-off ignition. When lowering level of fuel in a tank to critical value the control lamp which is built in in the measuring instrument dial works.


Control lamps and alarm buzzers

The whole complex of control lamps by means of which the driver obtains important information on serviceability/violation functioning of the main units and systems of the car is built in assembly of a combination of devices of the car. Check of serviceability of lamps


1. Cock the parking brake and include ignition (the engine do not start), - on an instrument guard control lamps of a charge, pressure of oil and a condition of the engine have to light up

2. If any of the listed lamps does not work, therefore it failed, or there was a break in a chain of its electrical wiring. Try to reveal and remove a cause of failure.

Control lamp of a charge of the rechargeable battery

The control lamp of a charge has to light up at inclusion of ignition and die away right after start of the engine. Inclusion of this control lamp at the working engine warns the driver about violation of serviceability of functioning of system of a charge, i.e., the rechargeable battery passes into the category mode. It is necessary to switch off at once everything consumers of the electric power on whose functioning traffic safety does not depend and to try not to allow an engine stop as the attempt of its restart can lead to the final category of the battery. The car should be driven away at once on the nearest car repair shop for performing diagnostics of refusal and performance of necessary recovery repair.


Control lamp of pressure of motive oil

The control lamp of pressure of motive oil has to light up at inclusion of ignition and die away right after start of the engine. The lamp blinking at the working engine demonstrates the pulsation decrease in working pressure of engine oil in the engine. Transition of the indicator to the mode of a constant luminescence says that pressure of oil fell to dangerously low level that is fraught with serious internal damages of the engine, up to its full exit out of operation. In both cases it is necessary to take urgent measures for adjustment of level of oil, identification and elimination of the reasons of pressure drop.


Control lamp of a condition of the engine

The control lamp quickly lights up at inclusion of ignition. Its operation in any other time testifies to possible malfunction of one of systems of electric equipment of the power unit. In the absence of visible signs of refusals of functioning of systems of the power unit and decrease in dynamics of the vehicle, fixed by inclusion of a control lamp of violation can be the reason of increase in fuel consumption or increase in toxicity of emissions. Ignoring of signals of a control lamp is fraught with serious damages of the engine, up to a unit exit out of operation. At operation of a control lamp on the run it is necessary to stop immediately the movement, to park in the safe place and to kill the engine, then, later small time, to make start, watching at the same time behavior of a control lamp. If the lamp did not return to the normal mode of functioning and continues to burn, the car should be driven away on the nearest car repair shop for performing detailed diagnostics and performance of necessary recovery repair. Before elimination of malfunction of systems of the engine try to move with a moderate speed, avoiding sharp dispersals with full squeezing of the accelerator pedal.

Even if at restart of the engine the control lamp comes back to the normal mode (i.e., dies away), follows at the first opportunity to address for consultation on car repair shop, especially if such turning on of the indicator happens not for the first time.

Continuation of operation of the car with the included control lamp of a condition of the engine can lead to premature failure of the catalytic converter. Remember that guarantee certificates of manufacturer n6e extend to the refusals and damages which resulted from operation of the car with the included control lamp!

Besides the functions described above, on models with the corresponding complete set this control lamp carries out also a role of a control lamp of the anticreeping NATS V2.0 system.

Control lamp of inclusion of driving beam

This light indicator lights up along with inclusion of driving beam of head headlights of the car (see below).


Control lamp of inclusion of back foggy lamps

This light indicator confirms serviceability of functioning of back foggy lamps at their inclusion.


Control lamp of level of brake fluid

Operation of this control lamp informs the driver on critical decrease the level of hydraulic liquid in the brake system.


Control lamp of raising of the parking brake

This control lamp continuously burns at raising of the parking brake, reminding the driver of need of his otpuskaniye before a start of motion. The movement with the cocked parking brake leads to a bystry overheat and failure of brake mechanisms of back wheels of the car and premature wear of protectors of tires of back wheels, and, besides, can become a cause of infringement of serviceability of functioning of system of anti-blocking of brakes (ABS) (see below). Short-term operation of a control lamp happens also at inclusion of ignition (even at the released parking brake).


Control lamp of ABS

At the corresponding complete set of the car this control lamp lights up at inclusion of ignition and dies away right after implementation of start of the engine, confirming thereby serviceability of functioning of a contour of system of anti-blocking of brakes. Operation of a control lamp in any other situations demonstrates identification by system of self-diagnostics of violations in ABS contour. The car should be driven away immediately on the nearest car repair shop for performing detailed diagnostics of system and performance of necessary recovery repair.

At operation of a control lamp the system of anti-blocking of brakes is disconnected, however brake mechanisms of the car continue to function in the usual mode, providing to the vehicle adequate braking.


Control lamp of system of additional safety (SRS)

This control lamp lights up at inclusion of ignition and has to die away right after implementation of start of the engine. If the lama continues to burn at the working engine (in the constant or flashing mode), it indicates existence of malfunction of components of the SRS system. At the corresponding complete set operation of this control lamp can be the testimony of malfunction in contours of side safety cushions, or devices of automatic emergency natyazhitel of seat belts.

Control lamp of inclusion of a tempostat

CRUISE

At the corresponding complete set of the car this control lamp lights up at inclusion of system of automatic control of the speed of the movement of the car (tempostat) (see below).


Control lamp of leaky closing of doors

The luminescence of this control lamp warns the driver that not all doors of the car are densely shut.


Light indicator of indexes of turn

The indicator confirms the fact and serviceability of functioning of indexes of turns of the vehicle and works in the flashing mode with a frequency, the corresponding frequency of a blinking of indexes. The speeded-up indicator blinking usually demonstrates burn-out of a lamp of one of indexes of turns. Follows at the first opportunity to make replacement of the burned-down lamp not to create emergencies on roads.

Also turning on of the alarm system usually is followed by a blinking of this indicator.


Control lamp of the minimum reserve of fuel

This control lamp joins when in the fuel tank there are less than 9.0 l of fuel and warns the driver about need to urgently make gas station of the car.


Control lamp of shutdown of the raising transfer

O/D OFF

This control lamp joins when translating a key of the switch of the raising transfer to position of OFF.


Alarm buzzer "Take out a key from the ignition lock"

The buzzer works when opening a driver's door of the car at the key forgotten in situation by ACC or LOCK in the ignition lock.

Alarm buzzer "Do not forget to switch off headlights"

The buzzer works when opening a driver's door at outstanding head headlights.

The left combined understeering switch of management of functioning of external lighting/alarm fixtures


Inclusion of running fires and passing/driving beam of head headlights

1. The main switch of management of lighting is executed in the form of the lever which is built in in the left part of a steering column directly under a steering wheel.

2. For turning on of devices of external lighting turn the face handle of the lever of the main switch in the first fixed situation. At the same time there will be an inclusion of lobbies and back marker lights, lamps of illumination of registration plate and illumination of the dashboard. For inclusion of passing beam of head headlights it is necessary to turn the face handle of the main switch in the second fixed situation.
3. Short-term switching of head headlights from passing beam on distant is also back made by procrastination of the lever of the switch on itself. For constant inclusion of driving beam it is necessary to take away the lever from itself before click, then to release.

Short-term inclusion of driving beam is made irrespective of in what situation there is a rotary face handle of the main switch.

4. Some of the models of cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of automatic inclusion of running fires of daylight (DRL). Day lighting joins and switched off automatically at turn of the ignition key in the provision of "ON", its switching off can be made by turn of the face handle of the central switch of lighting in the first or the second fixed situation.

Inclusion of indexes of turns


1. Inclusion of indexes is made by means of the lever of the main switch of lighting. The lever is transferred up or down, to dependences of the chosen direction of change of course. At transfer of the lever to extreme top/lower situation (before click) the corresponding indexes of turns will continue to function until the steering wheel is not returned in rectilinear situation.
2. Short-term inclusion of indexes, for example, at intention to replace a lane of the movement, is made by easy procrastination of the lever up or down, respectively.

Inclusion of fog lighting

Fog lighting should be used only in the conditions of poor visibility!

1. Inclusion/switching off of fog lights is made by turn in the relevant provision of the ring switch on the handle of the lever of assembly of the left combined switch.

Running fires have to be included.

2. Inclusion of back foggy lamps is also made by means of the ring switch. Running fires also have to be included.


The right combined understeering switch

Switch of management of functioning of screenwashes


Inclusion of cleaners/washers of a windshield can be made only at the included ignition (position of ON and ASS). The choice of the modes of functioning of screen wipers is made by movement of the lever of the switch down/up. Parameters of the interval mode of functioning of screen wipers (in the range of 2-20) can be chosen by means of the face handle on the end of the lever.

It is not necessary to include washers further than for 30 seconds. It is not necessary to make attempts of inclusion of washers at emptying of the tank of system. Screen wipers should be included in frosty weather only after the windshield is heated-up.


Understeering switch of management of functioning of a tempostat

Main switch of a control system of speed


The control system of speed (темпостат) is included in a basic equipment of some models, on others can be established in addition. The system allows to support automatically chosen cruiser speed of the movement of the car without impact on the accelerator pedal. Cruiser speed should not exceed value of 40 km/h. Application of a tempostat becomes especially convenient at long movement along the low-loaded direct country highways. For the purpose of safety it is not recommended to include темпостат at the movement in the city, on twisting, abounding with turns, to roads, on a slippery paving, in a heavy rain or at other adverse weather conditions. In the listed above cases the driver has to have an opportunity to completely control the mode of the movement of the car.

Misuse of a tempostat can be the reason of the road accident. Include a control system of speed only at movement along free highways and under favorable weather conditions. During functioning of system there can be an automatic movement of the accelerator pedal which at the same time should not be held a leg in order to avoid damage of basic and axial mechanisms.

The lever switch of management of functioning of a tempostat is located over a steering column on the right, assemblies of the right combined understeering switch are lower. Inclusion/switching off of system is made by means of the handle of the lever of the switch of the button which is built in in an end face and is followed by operation of the corresponding control lamp on the car dashboard.


Dashboard illumination brightness regulator

The regulator of brightness of illumination is built in in the car dashboard more to the right of a steering column. The required intensity of illumination of the panel is made by rotation of a potentiometer.

The regulator begins to function only at the included running fires (see above).


Regulator of correction of the direction of optical axes of head headlights

The regulator is on the central console of the car between keys of switches of heating of seats and provides a possibility of correction of the direction of optical axes of radiation of head headlights in the mode of passing beam and to achieve the best conditions of lighting of the road at various loading of the car.

Adjustment is made depending on the number of passengers, existence and mass of freight in the luggage compartment. The regulator should be transferred to the situation corresponding to the actual loading of the car or as close as possible to it:

a) Situation "0" - one driver or the driver and the passenger on a front seat;
b) Situation "1" - the driver and four passengers on forward and back seats;
c) Situation "2" - the driver, four passengers on forward and back seats, plus freight about 185 kg in the luggage compartment (the full mass of the car is in limits of admissible range);
d) Situation "3" - one driver and freight about 380 kg in the luggage compartment (loads of forward and back axes of the car are in admissible limits, the full mass of the car does not surpass the maximum admissible value). Also at towage of the trailer.

Heating of seats

1. Front seats of the car are equipped with the built-in heaters. Switches of management of heating of seats are located on the central console of the car.

2. Start the engine, - inclusion of heating of seats at the killed engine leads to the bystry category of the rechargeable battery.
3. As the selector button choose the required mode of intensity of heating (LO - weak intensity or HI - the maximum intensity). On the button the corresponding indicator has to be highlighted. Control of functioning of a heater is exercised automatically by means of the thermostat. Do not forget to switch off heating before leaving the car.
4. Do not cover a seat with heat-insulating materials, such as blankets, padded stools or dense covers. Do not put firm or sharp objects on seats, try not to damage an upholstery and the heating element located under it. Immediately collect any liquid spilled on a seat by dry rags. Do not apply any solvents to cleaning of an upholstery of seats, - use soft cleaners. In case of refusal functioning of the heater ask for the help in car service.

Switch of the alarm light system


1. Turning on of the alarm system is made by push-up of the push-button switch which is built in in the central part of the dashboard of the car (under deflectors of the central air ducts of ventilation/heating of salon) and usually equipped with a control lamp with the pictogram representing two triangles entered one in another.

2. Turning on of the alarm system leads to simultaneous operation of all four indexes of turns (and their control lamp on an instrument guard of the car) the Alarm system is intended for the warning of other participants of traffic of the compelled stop of the car and is used also in other dangerous situations provided by traffic regulations.

At the switched-on alarm system indexes of turns will not function!


Management of functioning of the drive of the top hatch

1. The electric drive of the top hatch functions only at the included ignition.

2. The control panel of functioning of the electric drive of the top hatch is located on the ceiling console of the car.

3. To shift a cover of the hatch wring out a key of the switch of the panel designated by the pictogram and hold it in this situation. Closing of the hatch is made by means of the switch designated by the pictogram.
4. For transfer of a cover of the hatch to inclined situation at first completely close it, then wring out and hold a key of the switch designated by the pictogram. Lowering of a cover is made by means of the switch designated by the pictogram.
5. In addition top hatch is equipped with a sun-protection blind. When moving a cover of the hatch the blind cleans up automatically.
6. You watch that passengers did not lean out in the hatch during the movement of the car. Before opening of the hatch clear a cover of moisture, snow, dust and other foreign deposits. Do not put on a cover of the hatch and a surface of a roof of the car near the hatch any heavy objects.


7. At failure of the electric drive the cover of the hatch can be transferred to a closed position manually. Remove facing of the control panel of the electric drive, - access to an end face of a shaft of a driving electric motor has to open. Using a prutkovy key of the suitable size, turn a shaft clockwise until the hatch cover completely is not closed. For lowering of a cover from inclined situation turn a shaft counterclockwise. For elimination of causes of failure of the electric drive address on car repair shop.


Electric adjustment of external rear-view mirrors


1. Assembly of management of functioning of the electric drive of external rear-view mirrors is built in in the car dashboard, to the left of a steering column. Adjustment of mirrors is made by means of polzunkovy and keyboard switches of the panel as follows:

a) Include ignition (position of ON and ASS of a key);
b) Movement a rychazhka of the polzunkovy switch to the left (L) or to the right (R) make the choice of the mirror which is subject to adjustment;
c) Pressing the top, lower, left or right sectors of the keyboard switch, make updating of the provision of the chosen mirror;
d) After the end of adjustment of both mirrors transfer a rychazhok of the polzunkovy switch to average situation in which the adjusting button does not operate. It is necessary in order that by casual pressing the button not to break adjustment of external mirrors.

2. Also the possibility of folding of mirrors is provided in parking situation. For this purpose press on a mirror in the direction "back".


Switch of an electrical heating of back glass / external rear-view mirrors

1. Inclusion of an electrical heating allows to remove from the surfaces of back glass / door rear-view mirrors of condensate, hoarfrost, and even thin frost. At inclusion of an electric heater the light indicator which is built in the switch button lights up. Shutdown of heating is made by repeated pressing the button.

2. The threadlike grid of a heating element of a heater is pasted on the internal surface of back glass and demands care in the address, - try not to damage a grid when wiping glass. Wiping should be made only along heater threads.
3. Functioning of a heater is accompanied by the increased energy consumption level therefore, in order to avoid replanting of the rechargeable battery, the chain of management of the device switched on the timer making automatic shutdown of system after 15 minutes of its continuous work.
4. Do not forget to check before a start of motion quality of the review through back glass of the car.

Electric drive of external rear-view mirrors

Assembly of management of functioning of the electric drive of external rear-view mirrors is built in in the car dashboard, to the left of a steering column. Adjustment of mirrors is made by means of polzunkovy and joystick switches of the panel as follows:

a) Include ignition (position of ON and ASS of a key);
b) Movement a rychazhka of the polzunkovy switch to the left (L) or to the right (R) make the choice of the mirror which is subject to adjustment;
c) By means of the joystick switch make updating of the provision of the chosen mirror;
d) After the end of adjustment of both mirrors transfer a rychazhok of the polzunkovy switch to average situation in which the adjusting button does not operate. It is necessary in order that by casual pressing the button not to break adjustment.


Electric drive of window regulators

The electric drive of window regulators functions only at the included ignition. For lowering lifting of glass use the corresponding individual switch. The possibility of management of window regulators of all doors from the driver's place is provided. The button allowing the driver to block regulators of all passenger doors is also provided. For shutdown of blocking press the lock button repeatedly. For lowering/lifting of glass press a key of the corresponding switch and hold it in this situation.

The possibility of machine translation of glass of a driver's door is provided in one of extreme provisions (completely openly, or it is completely closed), rather quickly to press control panels of a driver's door the AUTO button. To suspend process of opening/closing of glass press the button repeatedly.


Switch of cleaners/washers of lenses of head headlights

The push-button switch is built in in the central section of finishing of the dashboard of the car between the switch of a tempostat and a control lamp of the anticreeping alarm system. Operation of system happens only at the included ignition. Liquid moves on lenses of headlights from the same tank, as on a windshield, - periodically check its level.

Inclusion of washers at the empty tank is fraught with failure as a result of an overheat of an electric motor of the submersible pump!


Management of functioning of a tempostat

It is not necessary to use tempostaty at movement along the loaded roads, on the serpentine, in hilly and mountain areas, at a slippery paving and strong wind.

1. The control system of speed (темпостат) provides a possibility of automatic maintenance of speed of the movement of the car in the range from 48 to 160 km/h without use of the accelerator pedal.
2. For inclusion of a tempostat transfer the main switch located on the car dashboard to the left of a steering column to position of ON.

3. Accelerate the car to the required speed and press the SET/COAST button on the control panel of functioning of a tempostat, - on the display of the onboard processor the inscription CRUISE has to light up.

4. Take away a leg from an accelerator pedal. The system will automatically support the chosen cruiser speed of the movement of the car.
5. For commission of overtaking squeeze out the accelerator pedal. After the pedal is released, the car will return to the chosen earlier cruiser speed.
6. At the movement under a bias or uphill темпостат does not provide maintenance of cruiser speed of the movement of the car and it has to be switched off.
7. Cancellation of the chosen cruiser speed can be made in three various ways:

a) Press the CANCEL button (Cancellation), - the inscription CRUISE has to go out;
b) Slightly squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake, - the inscription CRUISE
c) Use the main switch of a tempostat, - the inscription CRUISE and the control lamp which is built in in a switch key have to go out.
8. If at the pressed key of ACCEL of the control panel squeezing of a pedal of a foot brake was made, it is necessary to disconnect темпостат the main switch and to activate it repeatedly after a set of the required speed of the movement.
9. Tempostat is disconnected automatically at reduction in the rate of the movement of the car to value of 13 km/h
10. Switching off of a control system of speed can be made also by squeezing of a pedal of coupling (model with RKPP) or moving of the lever of the selector to situation "N" (models with AT).
11. Increase in cruiser speed of the movement of the car can be made in three ways:

a) Squeeze out an accelerator pedal when the car accelerates to the required speed press and release the SET/COAST button on the control panel;
b) Press and hold ACCEL pressed the button on the control panel of functioning of a tempostat. Release the button when the car accelerates to the required speed;
c) Short-term pressing the button of ACCEL it is possible to make step acceleration of the car with a step of 1.6 km/h.
12. For decrease in cruiser speed:

a) Slightly press a pedal of a foot brake. When the speed of the movement of the car decreases to the required value, press the SET/COAST button;
b) Press and hold the SET/COAST button pressed until the car does not slow down to the required speed;
c) Short-term pressing the SET/COAST button it is possible to make step decrease in value of cruiser speed of the car with a step of 1.6 km/h.
13. For return to earlier chosen cruiser speed quickly press the RESET button. As soon as the car accelerates over 48 km/h, темпостат will automatically bring it to the chosen earlier cruiser speed of the movement which will support further.

Lever of a clamp of an adjustable steering column

See information concerning the correct and safe provision of a steering column.

1. Situation the helmsman of a column on cars of the corresponding complete set can be adjusted at the discretion of the driver. Adjustment is carried out before a start of motion.

The helmsman of a column during the movement can lead performance of correction of the provision to loss of control over driving and can lead to the serious road accidents!

2. To adjust the provision of a steering column on height it is necessary:

a) To lower the lever of a clamp of a steering column located at the left under a steering wheel against the stop;
b) Adjustment of provision of a steering wheel on height is carried out by its moving to the required position in the vertical plane. Correctly adjusted steering wheel should not block the review of an instrument guard;
c) Upon completion of adjustment record a steering column, having completely returned the clamp lever to a starting position;
d) Check reliability of fixing of a column, having tried to move it up and down.


Lever of the parking brake

For raising of the parking brake completely lift the lever located between front seats up. Otpuskaniye of the parking brake is made as follows: tighten the lever a little up, press the clamp button located at a handle end face, then lower the lever down. At an otpuskaniye of the parking brake the corresponding control lamp which is built in in an instrument guard of the car has to go out (see above in this Section).

The movement with the cocked parking brake can lead to failure of brake mechanisms and bearings of naves of back wheels!


Lever of the switching/selector of transfers

Models with RKPP


The lever of gear shifting of RKPP is located on the central console of the car. From above on its handle the scheme of gear shifting is put.


Models with AT

The lever of the selector of transfers of AT is located also on the central console of the car. Sideways on the handle of the lever there is a button of shutdown of blocking which should be squeezed out when switching transmission in provisions "P", "R", "2" and "1".

Below the button of shutdown of blocking the switch of the raising transfer (О/D) is located. At a nazhimaniye on the O/D button there is a shutdown of the raising transfer (the control lamp "About / D OFF" at the same time lights up). For inclusion О/D repeatedly press the button.

The raising transfer functions only at the engine which is warmed up up to the normal working temperature. At the included tempostat the button of shutdown of the raising transfer ceases to operate.

On models with AT the possibility of the choice of the modes of functioning of transmission is provided. The button of switching of the modes is located on the central console of the car, to the left of the lever of the AT selector and allows to choose one of three following modes: The CAR, SNOW and SPORT (for more details see in the Section Methods of operation).


Adjustment of seats

Front seats

Seats with the manual drive


1. In the Section Elements of security systems of the car important information on safety issues and correctness of adjustment of seats, their backs and head restraints is stated.
2. Before a start of motion adjust the provision of a seat.

3. For adjustment of provision of a seat in the longitudinal direction pull the bracket located in front under a pillow of a seat up and, holding it in the lifted situation, shift assembly of a seat forward or back in situation, convenient for you. Release a bracket, for check of reliability of fixing of a seat try to shift it forward and back.
4. To change a seatback tilt angle, pull it forward, raise the lever located sideways on the basis of a seat pillow from a door then, holding the lever in the lifted situation, adjust a back inclination. Fixing of a back in new situation happens automatically after a lever otpuskaniye.

5. Some options of execution of the car provide a possibility of adjustment of height of a pillow of a seat. Adjustment is made by means of two handles located on the outer side of a pillow.


Models with the electric drive of adjustment of provision of a driver's seat

1. The electric drive of adjustment of provision of a driver's seat is included in the package of some models. The control panel of functioning of the electric drive with two switches is located on the left side surface of a pillow of a seat. The combined extended polzunkovy switch serves for adjustment of provision of a seat in the longitudinal and vertical directions. By means of the switch of the smaller size adjustment of an inclination of a back is carried out.

2. Adjustment of a seat can be carried out at any provision of a key in the lock of ignition and has to be carried out prior to the movement.
3. For updating of the provision of a seat in the longitudinal direction shift in the relevant party the extended polzunkovy switch on the control panel of functioning of the electric drive.

4. Adjustment of height of position of forward and back edges of a pillow of a seat is carried out by push-up in the relevant party of the forward or back ends of the polzunkovy switch (1). Adjustment of height of provision of a pillow is assembled made by shift up or down all switch.

5. Adjustment of an inclination of a back is carried out by means of the switch of the smaller size (2) located behind the first extended switch.

6. Adjustment of size of a bend of lumbar department of a back (at the corresponding complete set) is made by means of the lever located assembly on a seatback.


Electroheating of seats

On some models the possibility of heating of front seats is provided (see above).

Do not include heating of seats at the idle engine and try not to use it long time during the operation of the engine on single turns in order to avoid a discharge of the rechargeable battery.


Back seat

On some models the back seat is equipped with the central armrest. The armrest settles down in the central part of a seat and is displayed by extraction from a niche in a back and lowerings in horizontal position. After lowering of an armrest access to the luggage compartment of the car opens.


Head restraints

Head restraints help to prevent injuries of a neck and the head at blow of the car behind. In order that head restraints could perform effectively the protective functions, they have to be adjusted correctly. Adjust head restraints on height so that the top part of a pillow of a head restraint was flush with the upper edge of an auricle. If high passengers do not manage to achieve performance of this condition, the head restraint should be established in the highest position.

On some modifications of the car the possibility of adjustment of head restraints on height and a tilt angle is provided. Adjustment of provision of a head restraint is made by two hands at the same time therefore it is not necessary to try to adjust a head restraint during the movement of the car. To lift a head restraint, just pull it up, for lowering, pressure him; change of a tilt angle of a head restraint is made by its bending back in the relevant provision.

Some options of execution of the car provide existence of a push-button clamp of a head restraint. At such design to lift a head restraint, it is rather simple to pull it up, lowering can be made only after push-up of the button of a clamp.

Adjustment of a tilt angle of a head restraint is made manually.


Rear-view mirrors

For the purpose of ensuring adequacy of the review of a zone behind the car it is necessary to maintain constantly purity and to check correctness of adjustment internal and external rear-view mirrors. Before a start of motion, make sure that rear-view mirrors are adjusted properly.

Internal rear-view mirror


Two regular provisions of an internal rear-view mirror are provided: one is intended for the movement during daylight hours, another - in dark. In the second situation the reflecting ability of a mirror decreases that promotes weakening of the blinding action of headlights of the vehicles moving behind. Transfer of a mirror of day situation to night is also back made by means of special, built in in assembly from below a rychazhka. Pressing a rychazhok forward or back, choose required position of a mirror.


External mirrors

The principle of functioning of the electric drive of external rear-view mirrors is stated in the second subsection of this Section (see above).

Also the possibility of folding of mirrors is provided in parking situation. To remove a rear-view mirror in parking situation just press it to car door glass.


Hours/thermometer

Hours are built in in the top part of the central section of the dashboard and function only at the included ignition, or in the provision of ASS of a key.

Installation of hour indications is made by means of the button "H", minute - by means of the button "M".


After shutdown of the battery hours are automatically nullified and are subject to control.

At shutdown of lighting of the dashboard brightness of a luminescence of the indicator of hours decreases.


The display of hours is used also for highlighting of indications of the measuring instrument of temperature of external air the switch of the mode of functioning of the display is located at the left on assembly of hours.

Display of the onboard processor

At the corresponding complete set of the car the display of the onboard processor is built in in the tachometer dial. At the included ignition it is possible to choose one of the possible modes of functioning of the display. The chosen mode is specified by the special cursor, in the form of a triangle. The display can be used for highlighting of time, temperature of external air, distance which can be passed without refueling, length of the passable way, time in a way, the average speed of the movement and average fuel consumption.

Switching of the modes of the display is carried out by the special button.


Air temperature is defined in degrees Celsius. When lowering temperature below 3 °C the display automatically switches in the thermometer mode, at the same time its indications begin to blink, drawing attention of the driver. Pressing of the switch of the modes the display comes back to the initial mode. At a temperature below 4 °C the cursor of the thermometer continues to blink continuously.

At inclusion of the mode of highlighting of distance which can be undergone without refueling indications of the display change each 30 seconds. Function of automatic switching of the display on reaching a critical minimum reserve of fuel is provided. Indications of the display at the same time also blink, drawing attention of the driver. The cursor will continue to blink until the car is not filled. At further decrease in level of fuel of the indication of the display are nullified and on a board----value is highlighted.

At inclusion of the mode of highlighting of the passable distance the indication of the display can be dropped by keeping of the switch pressed within 1 second. The indication of the time spent in way will be at the same time dropped (see further).

For dumping of the indication of time into ways it is necessary to hold the button of the switch pressed within not less than 1 second. Indications of size of the passable distance are at the same time dropped.

In the mode of average fuel consumption of the indication of the display each 30 seconds change. For dumping of indications it is necessary to hold the button of a pereklchyuatel of the second pressed during й. During the first 500 meters of the movement after dumping of indications on the display----value will be highlighted.

In the mode of average speed of the movement the indication of the display will change also each 30 seconds. Dumping of indications is carried out by second keeping of the pressed switch button. Within the first 30 seconds after dumping of indications on the display----value will be highlighted. Lead dumping of value of average speed also to zeroing of the indication of average fuel consumption.

Card holder and coaster

The card holder and coaster are built in in assembly of the central console behind a control lever of the parking brake.


Using the holder, be careful, - try not to burn and not to burn other passengers with hot drinks. Keep in mind that many drinks can spoil appearance of floor mats, upholsteries of seats and internal panels of doors. Hit of splashes of liquid on electric contacts can become the reason of failure of electric equipment of salon.

Ware box of the central console

In a forward part of the central console, under assembly of the audio system the small ware box intended for storage of small objects is built in. There are two designs of a small ware box - sliding and leaning back.


Lighter and ashtrays

The lighter functions only at two provisions of a key in the ignition lock: "ACC" or "ON" when ignition or food of auxiliary consumers of the electric power is included. For turning on of the lighter drown its button before click. After heat of a spiral the button automatically with click will return to a starting position.

In order to avoid a lighter exit out of operation, do not hold its button during heating of a spiral!


The forward ashtray is combined about uniform assembly with the lighter, back is located under assembly of the central armrest.

Sun-protection peaks

Two folding sun-protection peaks are located over the upper edge of wind flew down the car and serve for protection of eyes of the driver and the forward passenger against hit of direct sunshine. If beams fall in front, the peak just should be lowered, having turned it on axial loops down. For protection against light falling sideways the peak should be released from an internal loop and to develop towards a door. In case of need the peak can be extended by a pulling of an additional guard.

The pulling of an additional guard in the first provision of a peak can lead to closing of a rear-view mirror!


Toilet pocket mirror

The toilet pocket mirror is established in a sun-protection peak and protected by a cover.

Devices of illumination of salon


Main saloon lamp


1. The switch of the forward (main) saloon lamp has three fixed situation. In situation "0" illumination of salon joins when opening any of doors of salon.


2. The built-in timer provides automatic inclusion of lighting for 30 seconds in the following cases:

a) When at the taken-out ignition key the driver's door is not locked;
b) When at the closed driver's door the key is taken from the ignition lock;
c) When at the taken key the driver's door opens, and then again is closed.
3. Automatic shutdown of lighting on the timer is carried out when locking a driver's door and at turn of the ignition key in position of ON.

Lamps of local lighting

In the ceiling console of the car it is built in also two directed individual lamps. Switches of individual lamps are located near plafonds of the corresponding lamps (left and right). For turning on of the lamp press the button of the corresponding switch. For switching off of lighting press the same button repeatedly. Individual lamps function at any provision of a key in the ignition lock.


Ignition lock illumination

On some models ignition lock illumination is provided. Illumination joins when opening a driver's door and continues to burn within several seconds after its closing.

Nest of selection of power


The nest of selection of power is intended for giving of power supply to auxiliary electric devices. The key has to be turned in position of ON or ASSORTMENT.

Tension of the onboard power supply makes 12 volts, do not connect to a nest of selection of power consumers with parameters over 12 V / 120 W. Not used socket should be closed a special cover.
